Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ELIA, a virtual assistant operated by Elia CO, with business registration number 917,252 registered in Barranquilla. By accessing and using our services through WhatsApp, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before starting to use ELIA.

Service Description

ELIA is a virtual assistant that helps professionals manage their calendars and prioritize their daily activities. Users can access ELIA through a registration process that includes their first name, last name, phone number, time zone, and email address.

Starting November 1, 2025, all Elia services will be available through paid plans.
Each plan includes specific features, which can be viewed on the official platform.
Elia CO may adjust the prices or conditions of the plans, with prior notice to the user.

Use of Information

The user agrees to use ELIA in a legal, ethical manner and in accordance with Colombian law. Elia CO reserves the right to suspend or revoke access at any time and without prior notice in cases of misuse of the service, violation of these terms, malicious behavior, or for legal reasons.

Examples of misuse include, but are not limited to:

  • Sending spam.

  • Attempting to manipulate the system.

  • Using the service for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

Registration and Accounts

  • To use ELIA, you must register by providing accurate personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all related activities.

Service Modifications

Los servicios de Elia requieren el pago previo del plan seleccionado. Las tarifas serán cobradas de manera mensual o anual, según la modalidad elegida. En caso de no pago o vencimiento del periodo contratado, el acceso al servicio podrá ser suspendido. El usuario podrá cancelar la suscripción en cualquier momento, pero los pagos realizados no son reembolsables salvo disposición legal.

Use of the Service

You agree to use ELIA in a lawful manner and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. AHURAD SAS reserves the right to revoke access to ELIA at any time and without prior notice for misuse of the service, malicious or inappropriate conduct, non-compliance with these policies or for reasons related to legal regulations. This revocation may include, but is not limited to, the sending of spam or any activity that compromises the security or functionality of the service.

Service Modifications

  • Elia CO may modify these terms at any time. In the event of material changes, users will be notified via WhatsApp or email.

  • Any modification involving changes to plans, fees, or payment terms will be communicated at least 10 days in advance via WhatsApp or email.

Intellectual Property

  • All rights to ELIA and its features belong to Elia CO. It is not permitted to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the service without written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

  • Elia CO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by Colombian law. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Barranquilla, Colombia.

Compliance with Google Cloud

  • Elia CO is committed to complying with Google Cloud policies and ensuring the secure, responsible, and lawful handling of all information processed by the platform
