Welcome to ELIA, a virtual assistant developed by AHURAD SAS. By accessing and using our services through WhatsApp, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using ELIA.

Service Description

ELIA is a virtual assistant that helps professionals manage their calendar and prioritize their daily activities. Users can access ELIA through a registration that includes their first name, last name, phone number, time zone and email.

We offer a free version with basic functionality and a paid version with advanced features such as automatic event integration and custom reminders. Details on pricing and features are available on our platform.

Use of Information

All information collected is intended solely to improve the functionality of ELIA and to offer a personalized experience via WhatsApp. In particular:

  • Calendar and Contacts: We access this data only to automatically integrate events and commitments into ELIA, manage meetings and reminders of important events.

  • Improving your experience: We use the data you provide to personalize each user's experience based on their previous interactions with ELIA.

  • Security and Privacy: We implement strict security measures to protect our users' data. We only access and use data that is necessary to improve the service and allow users to manage what data they share.

Registration and Accounts

  • To use ELIA, you must register by providing accurate personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all related activities.

Uso del Servicio

You agree to use ELIA in a lawful manner and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. AHURAD SAS reserves the right to revoke access to ELIA at any time and without prior notice for misuse of the service, malicious or inappropriate conduct, non-compliance with these policies or for reasons related to legal regulations. This revocation may include, but is not limited to, the sending of spam or any activity that compromises the security or functionality of the service.

Service Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users via WhatsApp or email. In addition, users will be informed about any revocation of access and the corresponding reasons.

Intellectual Property

  • All rights to ELIA are the property of AHURAD SAS. Copying, modifying or distributing any part of ELIA is not permitted without prior consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • AHURAD SAS will not be liable for direct, indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Colombia, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Colombia.

Compliance with Google Cloud

  • AHURAD SAS ensures that all data collected will be used exclusively to improve the functionality of ELIA. We are committed to complying with Google policies and ensuring the security and privacy of user information.
